Information we collect

When you request help, we collect the project details and contact information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, community, timing, and description of the septic issue.

How we use and share it

We use this information to review your request, contact you about it, operate the service, and match the project with an independent local provider. We may share the submitted details with a suitable provider for that purpose and with service providers that deliver operational lead alerts. We do not sell your personal information for unrelated advertising.

First-party traffic measurement

We record limited, first-party events to understand which pages and guides are useful and which visits produce a request for help. These events can include the page viewed, a random session identifier, referring website, campaign tags in the URL, calls-to-action selected, form start, and successful form submission. Analytics events do not contain your name, phone number, email address, project description, precise location, or a cross-site advertising identifier.

The session identifier is stored only in your browser’s session storage and normally ends when the browser tab is closed. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. When a browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not create these analytics events.

Retention and choices

We keep request information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your submitted information by sending a new request that clearly identifies the earlier submission and your request.

Independent providers

Providers have their own privacy and business practices. Ask any provider how it will use your information before entering into an agreement.
